Terms Of Use

Effective date: 14 October 2026. These terms govern use of Mathcoby’s website; construction services are governed by the relevant quotation and separate agreement.

Ownership and Contact

Acceptable Use

Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information you are entitled to submit. Do not submit abusive, fraudulent or unlawful material, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt the website. Private admin access is limited to authorised staff.

Appointment Requests and Quotations

Submitting an appointment or inquiry starts a conversation. It does not confirm availability, a site visit, price or construction work. We will contact you to confirm arrangements. Scope, specification, price, payment terms and timing must be agreed separately. The website has no online checkout or customer payment facility.

Website Information

We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but descriptions, examples and photographs may not reflect every current service or project condition. Obtain confirmation before relying on them for a purchasing or construction decision. We may correct errors and update information without changing an existing signed agreement.

Images and Intellectual Property

Website text, branding and project images belong to Mathcoby or the relevant rights holder. Browsing and ordinary personal reference are permitted; commercial copying or reuse requires permission unless the law permits it. Do not assume that a project image gives permission to use a customer’s property, name or likeness.

Reviews and Submissions

Submit truthful reviews and content you have the right to share. Review submission asks us to consider publishing your name, service, rating, text and optional location after moderation. We may refuse unlawful, abusive, misleading or privacy-infringing content. You keep ownership of your submission; permission to display an approved review is limited to presenting it on this website. Contact us for correction or removal under the Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Channels

External sites and telephone, WhatsApp and email services have their own terms and privacy practices. A WhatsApp link prepares a conversation but you choose whether to send it. We do not control external services. Invoices are prepared and communicated manually; this site stores internal records only.

Responsibility and Disputes

Use the site with reasonable care. To the extent Ghanaian law permits, Mathcoby is not responsible for indirect losses caused solely by reliance on general website information or interruptions outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory protections. Separate service contracts determine responsibilities for contracted work.

• Ghanaian law governs these website terms. Raise concerns through our business contact so we can try to resolve them fairly. This does not prevent referral to a competent Ghanaian court or regulator or another legally available remedy.
• We may revise these terms prospectively and publish the updated date. Material changes to a separate service contract require the process agreed in that contract.
